Rohith went above and beyond on a really tight turnaround imposed by our vendor's agent who wanted finance through prior to withdrawing the property from auction. Rohith miraculously came through, the auction was successfully cancelled and we were able to have a quicker settlement than anticipated due to his efficient and effective manner. Would highly recommend Rohith to anyone wanting a mortgage broker who works for you and gets the job done. He was especially helpful to us as first home buyers and new to the whole process of dealing with vendor's agents and conveyancers.
